Statuses are short updates that users can publish and share with their followers on the VOICED platform.Note: The ability to publish a status is unavailable in view mode. You will need to activate your account to access this feature. For more information about activated mode, click here.Having trouble creating a status? Follow the steps below.
Click on the News Feed button located on the page header.
Once you are redirected to your news feed, click inside of the “What’s on your mind…” bubble to begin creating a new status.
Enter your text (up to 300 characters). If you wish to add photos or videos to your status, click on the picture icon. Click on the Add Photos/Videos box to select photos or videos from your device, or drag and drop them directly into the box.
When you’re ready to post your status, simply click the Publish button!
What’s the Difference Between a Status and a Story?
Statuses and stories are the two types of content that users can publish on the VOICED platform. A status is a short update with a 300-character limit. A story, on the other hand, is a longer entry with a 300-word minimum.
